T & C s

This page aims at providing you with information about how I operate.

Please feel free to get in touch, should you still have any questions in regards to these topics; it's important the whole process is absolutely clear to you before you decide to hire me. There are no hidden fees, unforeseen or late fees whatsoever.

I can come to you, or you can come to me - I operate out of a 40 sqm Home Studio, on Brisbane's North Side, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, and a large collection of props; I do not charge any fees for the use of my props, if you come to me.

The use of my Studio, attracts a daily administrative fee of $150; this is the only extra fee you'll pay than if I was coming to you.

If I come to you ( location shoots ), I do not charge travel expenses within 25 km of Brisbane's CBD - however I will need a parking spot for the duration of the shoot. If I have to travel further, I will need to be reimbursed for any costs incurred for petrol and road tolls.

I cover a vast area, from the NSW border to the Sunshine Coast; happy to discuss longer distance assignments too.

I shoot with either natural light or artificial light; we will assess which option is best, for your assignment, at the time of our first meeting. I carry my very own professional lighting equipment, which comes at no extra cost to you.

Camera wise, I am a medium format photographer; the equipment I employ guarantees you with the best quality images, and the highest possible resolution. Once the job is completed, I will deliver the selected images to you in various formats, suitable for both digital use or print.

When you contact me, I'll fix you a 40 mins, free of charge, appointment at your location for us to meet in person and to go over the details of the brief; if the brief is not yet finalised, or if you need help with it, this is when we put everything on the table to make sure the upcoming shoot goes as smooth as possible.

I am more than happy to assist with making the food look fantastic; however there will be cases in which I will recommend hiring someone else ( a food stylist generally ) to do so, depending on the brief.

I can not predict exactly how many images we will be able to achieve in one session; however I work for you, so I will always do my best to deliver what you ask me, as long as I can maintain my standards.

Upon completion of the shoot, I will supply all viable images on a contact sheets for review, and subsequently all chosen pics will be professionally edited; photo retouching services are not included but can be arranged separately.

The turnaround time is 72 hours from completion of the shoot; I will send you a DVD with your images, at cost price - I do not use any online uploading platform.

Generally speaking, you will be the sole owner of your images, for whichever use you will decide to make of them; if I feel we need to discuss usage rights more in depths, I will endeavour to let you know before we commence work.

My fees must be paid in full before I can deliver the images to you, and I do require a 25% deposit to lock the time in once you decide to go ahead with a photo shoot; 48 hours cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

I do not charge GST at the present time.
